Batman Dominated February’s Best Selling Comic Books
Sales reports for the month of February 2019 are in, and the Dark Knight ruled comic shop shelves.
According to sales figures released exclusively by Previews World, Batman comics nabbed the top three spots for February, and five of the top twenty best selling comic books overall.
“The Batman Who Laughs” #3, and “Batman” #64 and #65 were February’s top three comics, in that order. Detective Comics #998 (at 15) and #999 (at 12) also made the top twenty.
Marvel and DC split the top twenty books, each with ten. The only other publisher to crack the top 50 books was Image Comics, with “The Walking Dead” #188 ranked #28.
