He’s back! Hide the kids!
In a move totally not meant to capitalize on his death, Disneyland in California is bringing back the Michael Jackson sci-fi mini film Captain EO starting today. Directed by Francis Ford Coppola and starring Angelica Huston and a bunch of Muppet rejects, the 3-D movie tells the story of a starship captain who conquers aliens through the power of funky dance. Having seen the original back at Disney World back in the day, I can tell you it’s a big slice of cheesy 80’s awesomeness. Bootlegs are available at YouTube for the overly curious.
