Loot Crate October 2016 Review!

Here’s our look at the October 2016 Loot Crate! This month’s crate featured a “Horror” theme, and covered many of the major horror franchises.
First out of the box was a Texas Chainsaw Massacre “Leatherface” plush by Kidrobot. We received a “Smiling” Leatherface, but half of all Loot Crate subscribers will get an “angry” version, with a frown.
Jon Morris’ hardcover book The Legion of Regrettable Supervillains is a nice addition. It’s a follow-up to The League of Regrettable Super Heroes book included in the July 2015 Loot Crate.
This fantastic “Camp Crystal Lake” flannel pennant is a nice 80s-era throwback item for Friday The 13th fans.
Nothing says Chinese food like Freddy Krueger, am I right? So these Freddy chopsticks are a no-brainer. We can’t wait to try these out at the buffet.
The bottom of the box can be cut out to make this super-creepy zombie mask. Ours was battle-damaged in the process. We were a bit too eager in cutting it out.
Best of all, we got this great Walking Dead t-shirt with Negan on it. This is our favorite t-shirt from Loot Crate so far.
If you’re a fan of horror flicks, you’ll like this crate. If not, you’ll be underwhelmed. The Walking Dead t-shirt did it for us, but the rest of the crate was decent enough. We do like those chopsticks, though. Now we need to learn how to use them.
