Celebrate May the 4th and Revenge of the 5th with our YouTube Playlist!

Wondering how to celebrate May the 4th and Revenge of the 5th? We’ve put together a YouTube playlist of awesome Star Wars videos you can watch anytime! Classic commercials, mashups, bloopers, and vintage interviews are included! There are even a few surprises, so check it out and enjoy the next two days!

While May the 4th celebrates Star Wars in general, with most watching one or more of the movies and shows, we’ve always felt Revenge of the 5th should celebrate the fringes of Star Wars fandom – the kitschy, fun, goofy stuff that’s often overlooked, unless you’re a truly die-hard fan.

Here are some of the inclusions in our playlist, as well as other suggestions for things to watch over May the 4th and Revenge of the 5th. This may give you a better idea of things to watch to get you in a Star Wars mood!

Bloopers and Gag Reels – Who doesn’t love these? Seeing Alec Guinness and Peter Cushing break character is fantastic.

Parody Videos – YouTube Channels like PistolShrimps do some great parody videos.

Vintage Commercials – Those old Kenner commercials give us the feels. And who could resist a PSA where R2-D2 smokes?

Reaction Videos – Watch fans react to new trailers and kids freak out to The Empire Strikes Back revelation.

TV Appearances – Star Wars actors and characters on The Donny and Marie Show, The Muppet Show, and some strange German variety show – they’re a must watch.

Fan Films – The Star Wars Uncut series is a great watch.

The Star Wars Holiday Special – Star Wars fandom can’t get more fringe than this 1978 abomination. At least the cartoon is great.

Watch the playlist below.

Enjoy May the 4th and Revenge of the 5th!
