Review: Loot Crate December 2016 Unboxing!

The December Loot Crate, themed “Revolution,” featured a small but high-quality selection of items. Mr. Robot, Firefly, Assassin’s Creed, and Sideshow Collectibles were all represented.

Here’s what we got in this month’s box.

First was a great Mr. Robot shirt. “fsociety” for the win!

An exclusive Aguilar Funko Pop figure from the new Assassin’s Creed movie was also included.

The hardcover book “Figure Fantasy,” showcasing the Sideshow Collectibles photography of Daniel Picard, was included. It’s a fantastic book!

A Firefly replica patch was included as well.

The pin sported the Assassin’s Creed symbol. The pins are much better now that Loot Crate has moved away from buttons.

All in all, while there is some great value in this month’s Loot Crate, it’s a bit specialized. Unless you’re a big Mr. Robot fan or dig coffetable books, you might be disappointed. We like both, so this works for us. We weren’t huge fans of the Assassin’s Creed movie, so the Pop is a little MEH. And we love Funko Pops in general.

Next month’s Loot Crate is themed “Origins.” To sign up for Loot Crate (and save $5 off of your first crate) click right here to order!
