Gene Hackman ‘Hoosiers’ cards inserted in Topps 2017 Baseball packs
Topps put an unannounced basketball treat in packs of 2017 Baseball Series 1: Norman Dale “Hoosiers” cards signed by Gene Hackman! With the 30th anniversary of the classic 1987 set upon us, Topps is paying tribute to the truly great sports film, which was released that year.
It isn’t clear just how many Hackman cards were made, but only a handful have shown up on eBay so far, with each selling for hundreds of dollars. The card sports a 30th Anniversary gold stamp and an imprint certifying that the acclaimed actor signed it.
