Check Out the New Trailer for ‘A Quiet Place Part II’

The first full trailer for A Quiet Place Part II is here, and it gives us the first look at the alien apocalypse that ended civilization.

The film, which opens March 20, 2020, stars Emily Blunt, Cillian Murphy, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe, and Djimon Hounsou. John Krasinski (Amazon’s Jack Ryan) returns to direct.

The trailer features a flashback to “Day 1,” and features the first attack of the aliens, with Emily Blunt’s Evelyn trapped with her children in a car. It then moves forward to the present day, just after the events of the first film.

Evelyn and the children (Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) are shown leaving the safety of the farm, with Evelyn’s newborn baby. They meet a survivor (Batman Begins‘ Cillian Murphy) who warns that the humans that are left in the world are not necessarily worth saving.

Earlier this month, the film’s first poster was revealed.
