Basketball cards from 2018-19 sets are extremely popular because of the inclusion of several key rookies. The hottest car in the set is Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks. Among the other popular rookies are Trae Young, Deandre Ayton, Marvin Bagley, and Jaren Jackson Jr.

Cards were released on November 7, 2018 in both hobby and retail packaging. Hobby and retail cards are identical, but each product featured different inserts and parallels.
