Hayden Christensen Returning as Darth Vader for ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ Series
Hayden Christensen is returning to the Star Wars universe, and will once again don the cowl of Darth Vader for “Obi-Wan Kenobi,” the upcoming Disney+ limited series starring Ewan McGregor.
Set ten years after the events of Revenge of the Sith, not much is known about the “Obi-Wan” series, except that it is now in pre-production with filming set to begin next year.
Lucasfilm made the announcement today during a Disney investor’s meeting, along with a slate of other Star Wars projects, including an Ahsoka series, a Rogue Squadron film, and a Lando Calrissian series.
A release date has not been announced.
