Mego to Release Exclusive Batman Beyond, Deathstroke Figures

Two classic DC Comics characters are coming as exclusive Mego action figures: Batman Beyond and Deathstroke!

The figures will both be Previews exclusives, and limited to just 5,000 pieces each. The figures join an already large line of DC characters available from Mego, whose retro 8-inch line has been extremely popular since they originally made their debut in the 1970s. The figures will be available from comic book shops and specialty retailers while supplies last, and are due to release on April 27.

Batman Beyond

The Batman of the future, Terry McGinnis, joins the Mego Heroes line as an 8-inch tall action figure! Officially licensed and fully poseable, this Batman Beyond figure features 26 points of articulation for a variety of posing options. Outfitted in a real cloth batsuit with utility belt and gliders based on his appearance in the fan-favorite animated series Batman Beyond, this limited edition action figure comes packaged in a fully illustrated retro-style blister card.

Deathstroke

Mercenary and assassin for hire, the Deathstroke figure features 26 points of articulation for a variety of posing options. Outfitted in a real cloth classic costume as seen in the Batman #646 storyline, “Franchise, Part 1: Supply Side Economics,” this limited edition Deathstroke action figure comes fully equipped with a variety of weapon accessories on a fully illustrated retro-style blister card.
