Vintage Toy Ad: Get the Six Million Dollar Man at a devilish price!

Back in the 1970s, before Star Wars action figures, the Six Million Dollar Man ruled toy shelves. With a super-cool bionic eye and a host of accessories, Lee Majors’ “Bionic Man” was a nice spin on the G.I. Joe doll. We found it odd, however, that this vintage newspaper ad was offering the action figure at a price of $6.66! What were they trying to tell us, that the discount came courtesy of Satan? Had these folks NOT seen “The Omen” yet? Or maybe they did….
