Meet celebs at the State Fair of Texas!
Since we’re based out of Dallas, we thought our local readers would like to hear about some celebrity appearances at the Texas State Fair, going on now through late October. Among the appearances at the Time Warner Cable booth are: Dallas Cowboys running back Tashard Choice on Tuesday, Sept. 28 (7:00–9:00 PM), NBA legend Derek Harper on Friday, Oct. 15 (1:00–2:30 PM), actor and rapper Chris “Kid” Reid from the group Kid n Play and the House Party movies on Saturday, Oct. 16 (3:00–5:00 PM), and former Texas Ranger player and manager Toby Harrah on Sunday, Oct. 17 (2:00–4:00 PM). While you are at it, try out the famous “fried beer” being offered at the Fair this year.
