Review: July ’16 Loot Crate: Futuristic!

July’s Loot Crate took on a decidedly sci-fi turn with their “Futuristic” theme. Here’s what we got:
This month’s crate was certainly packed with a diverse selection, from Futurama to Star Trek and even fan-favorite Rick and Morty!
A Rick and Morty shirt featuring a breakdown of the portal gun was included.
This model of the Planet Express ship from “Futurama” from QMX (the same company that has produced the recent Q-Figs Loot Crate has included) was worth the rice of the crate alone. It’s fantastic.
This 3″ red variant Mega Man figure from Kidrobot was also included.
A variant cover to Valiant’s 4001 A.D. #1 was also included. The Loot Pin featured Spock’s “Live Long and Prosper” sign, and the “digital loot” unlocked by the pin is a “Starfleet Admiral’s Commission Pack” for the “Star Trek Online” free-to-play PC game. The “Commission Pack” includes $50 worth of ships, weapons, and boost add-ons for the game.

A sticker replica of the Star Trek Enterprise-D plaque was also included. Photo is courtesy RGJ.com (our photo did not look as good).

August’s Loot Crate theme is Anti-Hero, and you can click the image below or click right here to subscribe to Loot Crate and save $5 off of your first month!
