FIRST LOOK: Check Out Ruby Rose’s Batwoman for the CW
The CW has released the first image of actress Ruby Rose as Batwoman. And it’s not terrible.
Staying fairly faithful to the modern comic book version of the character, this new Batwoman will remind you a bit of Alicia Silverstone’s Batgirl costume from Joel Schumacher’s Batman and Robin. However, given the rather bland looks for many of the other superheroes in the CW’s “Arrowverse” (not counting the spot-on look for Supergirl), we’ll take this new Batwoman.
Batwoman will appear in a crossover event for the CW’s DC shows this fall, but we don’t know how the character will be introduced.
