World Series Champion Teaches His Kids to Shoot ‘In Case Bernie Wins’ – Celebs Triggered

Former Major League Baseball star and two-time World Series Champion Aubrey Huff is teaching his two young sons how to shoot guns, in case Bernie Sanders gets elected President of the United States.

As you might expect, celebrities lost their minds.

Huff, who won the Silver Slugger Award as a DH in 2008, won two World Series as a member of the San Francisco Giants, to cap off a 12-year career.

He is an outspoken supporter of both gun rights and President Donald Trump. He thinks his children may need to know how to defend themselves in case Trump loses the 2020 election to Sanders.

His statement is being widely criticized by gun opponents, Bernie Bros, and general leftists. Huff, however, isn’t backing down.

Last week, in a series of social media posts, Huff shared a picture of himself with his two boys at a gun range. He stressed the importance of knowing how to defend yourself, and mentioned Bernie Sanders.

“Getting my boys trained up on how to use a gun in the unlikely event @BernieSanders beats @realDonaldTrump in 2020,” Huff said on Twitter. “In which case knowing how to effectively use a gun under socialism will be a must. By the way most the head shots were theirs. #2ndAmendment”

On Instagram, Huff stated “This poor target guy had no shot! Most those holes in the chest and head are from my boys. They are crack shots. Got to keep them trained up on gun safety, and how to handle a firearm in the unlikely event that @berniesanders becomes president. These boys will need to learn how to handle themselves with a gun when socialism hits America.”

That triggered a number of social media snowflakes, including some accusing him of raising future school shooters.

Actor Colin Hanks was angry in his response, even managing to find misogyny in the picture. Somehow.

Huff responded with a truth bomb.

ESPN’s Kenny Mayne even took a shot at Huff, accusing him of making a threat of political violence. Huff was having none of it.

Of course, Kathy Griffin had to weigh in.

Although critics accused Huff of inciting violence, he made clear his motivations in a follow-up post.

When asked who exactly his sons were arming against, Huff answered “Ummmm crazy people rioting and trying to break into my house for food or shelter. And yes that includes Americans. And they aren’t fellow Americans if they are breaking into my house and trying to harm my family dumbass.”

On Tuesday, Huff discussed how posting the picture has actually caused a wave of support, despite the criticism from celebrities.
