WATCH: The New ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ Trailer Is Even Better Than The First
The new trailer for Top Gun: Maverick is here, giving us a peek at the epic action the film is bringing to us next year.
The film stars, obviously, Tom Cruise in one of his defining roles. Val Kilmer, Jon Hamm, Jennifer Connelly, Ed Harris, Miles Teller, and Jean Louisa Kelly also star in the film, whose plot is largely unknown. From the trailer, however, it appears Cruise’s character of Maverick is ordered out of retirement to train a new generation of Navy pilots.
Joseph Kosinski (TRON: Legacy, Oblivion) is directing.
The movie opens June 26, 2020.
