The series follows Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani), a 16-year-old Pakistani-American growing up in Jersey City. She’s a good student, an avid gamer, and likes to write fan-fiction. She’s also a big fan of superheroes, particularly Captain Marvel. However, Kamala struggles to fit in at home and at school, until one day, she gets super powers and takes on the title of Ms. Marvel. She soon discovers, however, that having super powers doesn’t make life easier.
The cast also includes Aramis Knight as the Red Dagger/Kareem, Saagar Shaikh as Aamir, Rish Shah as Kamran, Zenobia Shroff as Muneeba Khan, Mohan Kapur as Yusuf Khan, Matt Lintz as Bruno Carrelli, Yasmeen Fletcher as Nakia, Laith Naki, Azher Usman, Travina Springer and Nimra Bucha.
