‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ Releases a Final Trailer

We have a new extended look at Amazon’s ambitious new series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, starring Morfydd Clark as Galadriel!

Set thousands of years before the events in The Hobbit, The Rings of Power shows off some impressive visuals of Middle Earth, and makes it clear that Galadriel will be the central figure in this first season, which reportedly cost almost $500 million to produce. We also see Owain Arthur as Dwarf Prince Durin IV and Markella Kavenagh as Nori Brandyfoot, a Hobbit.

The series also features Robert Aramayo as Elrond, Sophia Nomvete as Princess Disa, Ismael Cruz Córdova as Arondir, Lenny Henry as Sadoc Burrows, Charles Edwards as Celebrimbor, Nazanin Boniadi as Bronwyn, Peter Mullan as King Durin III, Benjamin Walker as High King Gil-galad, and Cynthia Addai-Robinson as Queen Regent Míriel. We also see actor Anson Boon, who may or may not be playing Sauron.

The Rings of Power premieres on Amazon Prime Video on September 2 with two episodes.

Here’s the final trailer.
