WATCH: A Five-Hour YouTube Video of Serpentor Will Test Any G.I. Joe Fan’s Patience

A clip from the G.I. Joe cartoon of the 1980s has been super-sized, and watching it will test the limits of human endurance.

The clip is actually from the 1987 G.I. Joe: The Movie, which featured a group of villains known as the Cobra La. Their name was also their battle cry, and Serpentor, the Cobra Emperor, uses it in a scene in which he attacks the Joes.

YouTuber All Hail Retcon (click here to visit their channel) took the clip and looped it – stretching it to five hours in length. Even for die-hard G.I. Joe fans, the novelty will wear off quickly while watching it. Even though the video was first posted in 2015, we felt the need to at least post it on our website, if for no other reason, than to acknowledge the audacity and effort involved.

Here’s the clip.

If you did make it through the whole video, you have our respect, and our condolences.
