Arnold Schwarzenegger Attacked in South Africa (VIDEO)

Actor and fitness icon Arnold Schwarzenegger was attacked in a bizarre incident in a suburb of Johannesburg, South Africa.

The attack was caught on at least two videos (included below), which show a man drop-kicking the former governor of California in the back.

Schwarzenegger was appearing at a sports festival in the country, part of his outreach to promote fitness to kids. In the videos of the attack, the former Mr. Universe can be seen judging a skipping competition in a gymnasium. A man can be seen trying to approach the actor, but security stops him. Moments later, however, the man charges the actor, who has his back to him.

The man applies a flying drop-kick to the Terminator star’s back, which causes him to stumble but not fall. The attacker bounces off of the actor, and falls to the ground himself, where security guards grab him.

The man then begins yelling at Schwarzenegger, asking for help, saying “I need a Lamborghini.”

Schwarzenegger seems unfazed by the attack, and is seen continuing to greet fans as he leaves the facility.

Later, Schwarzenegger took to social media to address the incident and calm fears that he might have been injured. “Thanks for your concerns, but there is nothing to worry about,” he said in a tweet. “I thought I was just jostled by the crowd, which happens a lot. I only realized I was kicked when I saw the video like all of you. I’m just glad the idiot didn’t interrupt my Snapchat.”

He also asked fans to focus on the kids he was there to support. “Do me a favor: instead of sharing the video of the guy who wants to be famous, watch some of our @ArnoldSports athletes like this young hero proving that fitness is for everyone who deserve to be famous. They’re on my Snapchat,” he tweeted.

Here are the videos of the attack.
