Topps Releases ‘Star Wars Living Set’ Trading Cards
Topps is releasing an new online-exclusive set of Star Wars trading cards, featuring the iconic characters from the sci-fi saga.
The Living Set will feature two new cards each week on Topps.com, and cards will only be offered for one week. Cards can be ordered by clicking right here.
The first two cards in the set, Darth Vader and Nien Numb, were made available for order this week. Each character will only get a a single card in the set, so if you want that Vader card, your chance is quickly slipping away.
The Living Set is an open-ended set, with Topps planning on releasing new character cards every week for years to come. Characters from the films, live-action series, and animated series will be included. That means characters from the upcoming “Mandalorian” and “Cassian Andor” live-action Disney+ series will likely be included at some point.
The Living Set cards will feature artwork from popular artist Kris Penix, and will sport the 1977 Topps Star Wars Series 1 “blue starfield” design. Cards will be printed on 16pt vintage-style trading card stock.
