‘Final Fantasy VII Remake’ Final Trailer, Hard Drive Requirements Released (VIDEO)

With Final Fantasy VII Remake due for release on April 10, Square Enix has released a final trailer for the game, just as details on the game’s massive hard drive requirements leak.

The trailer, included below, features some specific character plot points, so anyone afraid of spoilers should avoid it.

Square Enix also announced that the pre-load for the game is beginning now. That means gamers who ordered the game from the Playstation Store can begin installing it a week ahead of time. The move will help ease bandwidth congestion issues and ease server access as the game releases.

This lead time seems necessary, as it appears the game will require some massive hard drive space. Some physical copies of the game have already been released, as the coronavirus pandemic has caused irregular package delivery. Those who have received the game report that it requires a massive 100GB download to install the physical version.

Final Fantasy VII Remake will be a PS4 exclusive available both digitally and on physical disc.

The game can be ordered from Amazon by clicking here or below.

Here’s the final trailer released today.
