Watch the Online Reunion of the ‘Lord of the Rings’ Cast on ‘Reunited Apart!’ (VIDEO)

Josh Gad’s YouTube show “Reunited Apart” has been a hit during quarantine, thanks to its lineup of reunions from classic 1980s films.

His latest episode, however, features a reunion from a far more recent, and yet still classic, trilogy of films. Gad managed to get the entire main cast from The Lord of the Rings. And it’s all to raise money for No Kid Hungry (you can click here to donate to them).

Joining Gad at the outset were the original members of the Fellowship, including Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Ian McKellen, Billy Boyd, Dominic Monaghan, Orlando Bloom, Viggo Mortensen, John Rhys-Davies, and Sean Bean.

Also joining the conversation were director Peter Jackson and screenwriter Philippa Boyens, Andy Serkis, Miranda Otto, Karl Urban, composer Howard Shore, and Liv Tyler.

There were some great stories told, including Sean Bean describing how he had to “wing” the meme-worthy “One Does Not Simply” scene. Several actors recreate some key scenes, including Serkis giving us his Gollum, that doesn’t sound like it’s aged a day.

Here’s the video. Enjoy!
