The First Trailer for ‘Star Wars: The Bad Batch’ Is Here

We have our first look from “Star Wars: The Bad Batch,” thanks to a new trailer!

The animated series, which follows the exploits of a unique squad of Republic Clone Troopers, will premiere on May 4th, aka May the Fourth, aka Star Wars Day.

As described by Disney+ in a press release, the series “follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. Members of Bad Batch – a unique squad of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army — each possess a singular exceptional skill which makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew. In the post-Clone War era, they will take on daring mercenary missions as they struggle to stay afloat and find new purpose.”

The trailer features quite a bit of an Original Trilogy character, Grand Moff Tarkin, who appears to figure greatly into the plot.

Here’s the trailer.
