‘Flash’ Movie Director Teases Michael Keaton’s Batsuit In New Photo

Andy Muschietti, the director of The Flash DC Cinematic Universe film, has posted a photo from the set teasing the return of Michael Keaton as Batman.

The picture, posted Friday morning, features the iconic bat symbol from Keaton’s 1989-era suit, with blood on it. Fans are already speculating that it hints to a bad turnout for Keaton’s Bruce Wayne, who reportedly will play a mentor role to Ezra Miller’s Barry Allen.

The film will adapt the “Flashpoint” storyline, which will introduce the Multiverse to the DCEU. Ben Affleck will reprise his role as Batman/Bruce Wayne as well, and Ron Livingston (Henry Allen), Sasha Calle (Supergirl), and Kiersey Clemons (Iris West) will also appear in the film.

Here’s Muschetti’s post.

Michael Keaton has not commented on the photo or his role in the film, which is currently in production.

Two weeks ago, Muschietti posted this picture from the set, although it isn’t clear which Bruce Wayne actor the chair belongs to.
