WATCH: New Scene from ‘The Batman’ Released in 4K

Director Matt Reeves has released a clip from his upcoming film The Batman, featuring a funeral service that descends into chaos.

The clip had been previously leaked online, in very poor quality, so Reeves and Warner Bros. Pictures released it in 4K so fans could truly appreciate it.

In his second year of fighting crime, Batman uncovers corruption in Gotham City that connects to his own family while facing a serial killer known as the Riddler. In his search for justice, he finds an unconventional ally in Selina Kyle, aka Catwoman, and crosses paths with Oswald Cobblepot, the notorious Penquin.

Robert Pattinson stars as Bruce Wayne, and the cast includes Zoë Kravitz as Selina Kyle, Paul Dano as Edward Nashton, Jeffrey Wright as James Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Peter Sarsgaard as Gotham D.A. Gil Colson, Jayme Lawson as mayoral candidate Bella Reál, Andy Serkis as Alfred, and Colin Farrell as Oswald Cobblepot.

The film is set to open in theaters March 4, 2022.
