‘DC League of Super-Pets’ Trailer Released; Release Date Moved Back

Here’s the new trailer for DC League of Super-Pets, a new animated film featuring DC superheroes and their animal sidekicks.

Krypto the Super-Dog and Superman are inseparable best friends, sharing the same superpowers and fighting crime side by side in Metropolis. However, when the Man of Steel and the rest of the Justice League are kidnapped, Krypto must convince a ragtag group of animals to master their own newfound powers for a rescue mission.

The film is directed by Jared Stern, and stars the voices of Dwayne Johnson as Krypto, Kevin Hart as Ace the Bat Dog, Kate McKinnon, John Krasinski as Superman, Vanessa Bayer as PB, Natasha Lyonne as Merton, Diego Luna as Chip, Marc Maron as Lex Luthor, Thomas Middleditch, Ben Schwartz, and Keanu Reeves as the voice of Batman.

The DC League of Super-Pets trailer arrives with news that the film is moving its release date from its original May date to later in the summer. It is now scheduled to be released in the United States on July 29, 2022.
