Bond 25 ‘No Time To Die’ Wraps Filming
No Time to Die, the 25th James Bond film, has officially wrapped principal photography.
The announcement was made Friday night on the official James Bond Twitter and Instagram accounts, and included a picture of director Cary Joji Fukunaga and Daniel Craig on the set.
The film will feature Craig’s last portrayal of James Bond, as he is stepping away from the role.
“That’s a wrap on #NoTimeToDie. See you in cinemas April 2020. #Bond25” the announcement said.
Not much is known about the plot, except for a short description that Bond is retired and living in Jamaica, He is lured back into the spy world, however, when a friend asks for his help.
This time, Craig will face off against Rami Malek, who is playing the new villain. Christoph Waltz, Ben Whishaw, Lea Seydoux, Naomie Harris, Jeffrey Wright and Ralph Fiennes all return for Craig’s final Bond adventure. Ana de Armas, Lashana Lynch, Billy Magnussen, David Dencik and Dali Benssalah are all new to the cast.
Fukunaga wrote the script with Neil Purvis, Robert Wade, Scott Z. Burns and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
The movie opens April 8 in the United States, and April 3 in the United Kingdom.
