Look What Jamie Lee Curtis Did After Tweeting Support for Dead ISIS Terrorist
In a bizarre tweet posted on Sunday, actress Jamie Lee Curtis seemingly defended the honor of both a dead ISIS terrorist and dogs. In didn’t take her long to backtrack, at least on her support of a terrorist.
The 60-year-old actress, in what appeared to be an attempt to criticize President Donald Trump, seemed to take the side of ISIS leader Abū Bakr al-Baghdadi.
Curtis, who is a part-time activist when she isn’t making horror movies, is an outspoken critic of Trump. On Sunday morning, the President announced the death of al-Baghdadi at the hands of America’s Delta Force in a raid on his Syrian hideout. In her eagerness to oppose anything the President says, she seemed to sympathize with the passing of the terrorist.
“He may have died a coward,” Curtis said about al-Baghdadi, “but ALL living things suffer when they are blown up,” she said in a tweet directed at the President.
“Anyone who has experienced warfare, unlike yourself, would know that. War is brutal,” the tweet continued. “Dogs are brave, bold, loyal, loving, and healing.”

It’s not clear what point Curtis was trying to make, but we’re pretty sure she didn’t intend to seem supportive of the leader of ISIS. Trump Derangement Syndrome, which is rampant among Hollywood celebrities, causes many to say strange, nonsensical things.
However, by Monday, Curtis appeared to realize just how dumb her tweet sounded, and she deleted the tweet. However, the damage had already been done.
Twitter users on both sides of the political aisle blasted Curtis’ tweet.
One Twitter user sent Curtis a picture of Kayla Mueller, an American hostage who was tortured, raped, and murdered by al-Baghdadi himself.
Another described an imaginative punishment for the actress.
Stefan Molyneux called out her hypocrisy.
Even Donald Trump Jr. got in on the response. “Thanks for your contribution to the Trump 2020 Campaign,” he jokingly tweeted. “This is the Leftist Hollywood take folks, remember that next November. Imagine hating @realDonaldTrump or frankly anything so much that you become an ISIS sympathizer?!?”
In a second tweet, he called Curtis’ response “peak 2019.”
Curtis has not commented publicly about her tweet since deleting it. She has tweeted about lost children and firefighters working the California wildfires, however.

She wants to sympathize with someone who tortured, raped and murdered people. @jamieleecurtis disgusts me, and she obviously needs some med for mental derrangement. And must be completely evil in her hypocritical biased disgraceful heart, her heart must be stone
